What the tour form collects

The tour form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and a preferred day or time. With it, the form records the page you arrived on, the site that sent you here, and any ad campaign codes in the web address, so we know which ad brought you. It also records the time of the submission, your IP address, and your browser type.

Where it goes

Each submission is stored in a Google Sheet that the River Rock sales team uses to schedule tours, and an email notification goes to the River Rock sales team. The information is used to schedule your tour and to contact you about River Rock by phone, email, or text, as the form states.

Advertising measurement

This page is advertised on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager measure whether those ads lead to tour requests. They may set cookies in your browser, and they send Meta and Google a record of your visit and of a completed tour request. They do not receive your name, phone number, or email address.

Spam prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that each submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. To do that, it may look at your browser and your connection.

To have your information deleted

Call and ask for your information to be deleted. Your submission will be removed from the sheet.
